- Founder and Executive Director
Stefanie founded Willow House in 1998 and has led the organization through ten years of growth and change. She supervises the management of all staff, projects and general operation of the organization. She works with the Board of Directors in the development of a strategic plan for the organization and reports to the board on a regular basis.

- Development Director
Stephanie joined Willow House in spring of 2008 as our first-ever Director of Development. She manages existing donors, writes and manages grants, cultivates new donors, and plans and coordinates all special events. She works with the Board of Directors to develop fundraising initiatives. She is the contact for any questions regarding partnerships, press contacts or becoming involved in a fundraising event.

- Administrative Coordinator
Gretchen has been with Willow House since November 2004 and is now serving as the Administrative Coordinator. She oversees the day-to-day office functions, provides support for the Director of Development and Executive Director, manages all gift entry and constituent records, handles A/P and payroll for the organization and coordinates the quarterly newsletter for Willow House.

- Survivors of Suicide Group Site Coordinator
Ann recently joined Willow House as the clinical site coordinator for the Survivors of Suicide group that takes place at our administrative office in Riverwoods. In addition, she has a private practice with offices in the Northern Suburbs and downtown Chicago. Ann manages all aspects of the group, including planning activities, communication with the site and managing volunteers. Her work schedule varies, but you can leave her a message at the WH office (ext 209) or click her name above to send her an e-mail with any questions about the Survivors of Suicide group.
