Eric’s journey with Willow House began in 2010 after losing his wife, Mary Frances, to cancer. Grieving the loss of his wife, Eric was the only parent of three young children who were also trying to figure out how to mourn the loss of their mother. Fortunately, Willow House was recommended to Eric by his friends at work, through his church, and by members of his community. Eric and his family attended group counseling sessions for three years and the support they received profoundly impacted their lives, giving them hope in the darkest of times. Eric joined the Willow House Board of Directors in 2017 and became the Board President in 2024. Eric’s three children are now young adults, with two already graduating from college and another halfway through his college experience.

Eric is a proven strategist and people leader with more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketplace.
